Restocking Policy:
All quotes clearly list our TS brand products, and your purchase order was created based on these specifications. Should you choose to return the product instead of allowing us to resolve the issue, a 25% restocking and processing fee will apply before voiding the purchase order.


Purchase Order Returns
All purchase orders are final once fulfilled. If products are returned without a replacement order, a 25% restocking and processing fee will apply. This fee covers processing, fulfillment, and return handling costs.
