From time to time, your printer may display:
Good news: Your cartridge is full and printing will continue normally until toner is physically empty.
Step 1: Press OK to continue printing.
Step 2: If the message remains, power off your printer, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on.
Step 3: Follow on-screen prompts for toner calibration (this may take a few minutes).

Restocking Policy:
All quotes clearly list our TS brand products, and your purchase order was created based on these specifications. Should you choose to return the product instead of allowing us to resolve the issue, a 25% restocking and processing fee will apply before voiding the purchase order.

All purchase orders are final once fulfilled. If products are returned without a replacement order, a 25% restocking and processing fee will apply. This fee covers processing, fulfillment, and return handling costs. Troubleshooting, warranty replacements, or exchanges for the correct items can often avoid any fees — please contact us before returning products.
If your printer prompts for an update, skip it unless absolutely necessary — this helps avoid compatibility messages that OEM brands use to push higher-cost cartridges.
